I can't log in — what do I do? +
Make sure you're using the correct email and password. If you signed up with Google, use the "Continue with Google" button instead. If you've forgotten your password, click "Forgot password?" on the login page and we'll send you a reset link.
I used up my AI tokens — how do I get more? +
Free accounts get 10 AI tokens per month. Upgrade to Pro for 500 tokens per month. You can also earn 2 bonus tokens by leaving a verified review on the Reviews page. Tokens reset at the start of each month.
The app isn't loading or something looks broken. +
Try a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows, Cmd+Shift+R on Mac). If that doesn't work, clear your browser cache and cookies for vaultclip.com, then log back in. If the issue persists, contact us with your browser and OS details.
How do I cancel my Pro subscription? +
Payments are not yet live — Pro access is currently granted during early access. When billing launches, you'll be able to cancel at any time from your account settings with no questions asked.
My review was submitted but I didn't get my bonus tokens. +
Bonus tokens are applied within a few minutes after your review is verified. If it's been more than 30 minutes, email us with your account email and we'll apply them manually.
Is my data safe? What do you store? +
We store your email address and account profile (name, plan). AI prompts are sent to our AI provider and not stored long-term. We use Supabase for secure auth and database storage. We never sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
