By accessing or using VaultClip AI ("VaultClip", "the Service", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including free and Pro plan members.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use VaultClip. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 must have parental consent. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that we believe belong to minors without appropriate consent.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at team@vaultclip.com of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access due to your failure to protect your credentials.
VaultClip is for creating social media content for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
VaultClip uses third-party AI models to generate content. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and publishing any AI-generated content. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, originality, or suitability of generated output. AI can make mistakes — always verify before publishing.
Content you create using VaultClip belongs to you, subject to your compliance with these Terms. Background video clips are sourced from royalty-free libraries; verify usage rights for your specific jurisdiction before publishing commercially. VaultClip retains no ownership over your generated scripts, captions, or hooks.
VaultClip offers a Free tier and a Pro plan billed monthly. Pro subscribers receive additional AI tokens and access to premium features. Unused tokens do not roll over between billing periods. Refunds may be issued within 7 days of the most recent charge — contact us at team@vaultclip.com. Payments are currently not active; pricing is shown for early-access purposes only.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or submit fraudulent reviews. We may do so without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
VaultClip is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Use of the Service is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VaultClip and its parent company WebGrade shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, then binding arbitration if unresolved.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice in the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

When you create an account, we collect your email address, name, date of birth (optional), and gender (optional). If you use Google Sign-In, we receive your Google email address and display name only. AI generation prompts you submit are forwarded to our AI provider to generate responses.
User accounts and session data are stored securely via Supabase (supabase.com), a third-party auth and database provider with SOC 2 Type II compliance. Local browser settings, generation counts, and app preferences are stored in your browser's localStorage — this data never leaves your device unless you explicitly share it.
VaultClip uses localStorage and sessionStorage for authentication persistence and app state. We do not use third-party advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or fingerprinting technologies. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or similar services.
If you submit a public review on VaultClip, your display name, social link (if provided), rating, and review text will be publicly visible. A hashed version of your IP address is stored to prevent duplicate submissions — the raw IP is never stored or shared. You must be a logged-in user who has used the Service to submit a review.

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing team@vaultclip.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days. Data stored in your browser (localStorage) can be cleared by you at any time via your browser settings.
VaultClip is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us immediately and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy. The "Last updated" date above will reflect any changes. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
